I am a frugal mama. Don’t get me wrong, shopping is one of my favorite things to do – I be shoppin’. But most of the time…I be window shoppin’, lol! I have spent a lot of time since becoming a stay at home mom looking on Pinterest researching how to cut down on our grocery bill while still eating (mostly) healthy, whole food. The boys and I picked out the book Gingerbread Baby by Jan Brett at the library last week. We had a fun time reading it and afterwards I told Landy it would be fun make gingerbread cookies some time. I was picturing that time being more around November or December but during my grocery trip to Aldi yesterday I spotted gingerbread cookie mix and instantly knew I had to get some for Landy. I couldn’t wait to show him!
