Gingerbread in Springtime

The boys and I picked out the book Gingerbread Baby by Jan Brett at the library last week. We had a fun time reading it and afterwards I told Landy it would be fun make gingerbread cookies some time. I was picturing that time being more around November or December but during my grocery trip to Aldi yesterday I spotted gingerbread cookie mix and instantly knew I had to get some for Landy.
